As a digital producer and project manager, I stay up-to-date on solutions and methods to execute and bring to life experiences that help companies achieve their goals. Topics discussed in this blog include web/digital marketing, advertising, social media, web development technologies, programming best practices, computer information science topics, web/digital strategy.

I initially wanted to have an independent discussion forum to sift out the clamor of technology sensationalists and focus on how to select and effectively apply products and solutions for the achievement of goals that are completely measurable. While it is completely acceptable to get excited about products and innovations out there, it is also of no real value to businesses if the application of those solutions are not met with planning and strategy that meets their business goals.

Coming from a technical and creative background, I will always value good programming and graphical design skills in bringing to life experiences that will drive money into the bank. However, the success or failure of an endeavor will likely all point back to how well the web strategist has understood the needs and wants of an intended audience, how well the planning is and how well those needs and wants are satisfied.
